Live and VOD feeds are monitored on a packet level without being displayed or decoded thus supporting large groups of streams. Related feeds can be grouped and tested sequentially or simultaneously. Failure thresholds, diagnostic tests and error alerting can be configured to facilitate rapid response.

Operators can identify and respond to failures within seconds of detection. Various technical faults can be identified automatically and support staff will be notified visually and by email.
